In 2020, EFI partner Bendukidze Free Market Center launched a free online economic literacy course based on “Common Sense Economics”. The course consists of 15 video lectures covering topics from personal finance to international trade, offers reading recommendations together with tests and creative tasks, and guides students to apply basic analysis, research and critical thinking skills. The course’s target audiences are high school seniors, students and young professionals.

“Everyday Economics” is hosted on educational platform Prometheus which has over 1 million users. The platform gives everyone enrolled on the course the opportunity to engage in discussion with BFMC. Over 7000 people have already signed up! “Everyday Economics” has also been recommended as an additional course in the Political Science bachelors’ program at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
