EFI welcomes five new members to its Board of Directors
The Economic Fundamentals Initiative (EFI) has welcomed four new members to its Board of Directors, strengthening the organisation’s leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.

Cynthia Bader, Carrie Conko, Alexander C. R. Hammond, Stephanie Lips, and Wayne Olson join EFI at an important point in its development, bringing a breadth of experience, expertise and perspectives to an already committed Board.
EFI now operates across 13 countries in the Western Balkans, South Caucasus, Central Asia and Ukraine, working with trusted local partners to expand access to practical, high-quality economic education. As the organisation’s reach and ambitions continue to grow, strengthening its governance and leadership will be an important part of supporting that development.
“We are delighted to welcome Stephanie, Cynthia, Wayne and Alexander to EFI’s Board. Each brings valuable experience and a genuine enthusiasm for what we are working to achieve. Their perspectives will be enormously valuable as we continue to grow EFI’s reach and impact.”
— Joe DiFiglia, CEO, Economic Fundamentals Initiative
